Credit card orders through the Advertisers and Marketers Directory web site are handled by secure third party providers. If you choose to pay by credit card, your credit card statement will serve as your proof of payment. If your credit card order does not go through, please call our billing department at 800-617-9715 for assistance.
Subscription services will not be renewed automatically. Advertisers and Marketers Directory will notify you prior to the end of your current subscription and give you the opportunity to place an order for a renewal.
Advertisers and Marketers Directory reserves the right to change the services and products offered, sales lead plan, payment process, available billing method and/or the Billing Agreement at Advertisers and Marketers Directorys discretion. This will not affect orders that have already been purchased or placed prior to the change.
Advertisers and Marketers Directory reserves the right to cancel your order and/or account at Advertisers and Marketers Directorys discretion. Refunds for account cancellations by Advertisers and Marketers Directory, will be given in accordance with the circumstances of the cancellation and will be prorated based on account balance.

Refund Policy: DirectoryM provides listings on Directories which are sold in advance for specific periods of time. The listing is not a subscription which can be cancelled at any time. We will remove your listing from the Directory and refund the prorated portion of your payment only if: 1) you have technical difficulties with our back end software which we cannot resolve in a reasonable period of time; 2) the directory is taken down; 3.) we have charged your credit card by accident.
